the Lord says

The Lord says

I will take you from where you are, My servant

And I shall make you like My Son, My beloved

For I have chosen you for My inheritance, My child

For you are My possession

And My love and My grace and My mercy
shall be to you from everlasting to everlasting

For He delivered us from the domain of darkness, and transferred us to the kingdom of His beloved Son, in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins (Colossians 1:13‑14)

But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for God's own possession (1 Peter 2:9)
