The Lamb of God…

Salvation has come, rejoice for the veil was rent, the price paid, the perfect sacrifice made, redemption by the blood of the Lamb, plans formed long ago fulfilled, an invitation to enter into His presence - restoration made complete, yes salvation has come…let us now enter boldly before the Throne of Grace by faith in the One who made the way….

O Lord, You are my God; I will exalt You, I will give thanks to Your name;
For You have worked wonders, Plans formed long ago, with perfect faithfulness.
And it will be said in that day,
"Behold, this is our God for whom we have waited that He might save us.
This is the Lord for whom we have waited;
Let us rejoice and be glad in His salvation."

Isaiah 25:1, 9

"Behold, the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world! (John 1:29)

And Jesus uttered a loud cry, and breathed His last. And the veil of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom. (Mark 15:37-38)

Do not be afraid; for I know that you are looking for Jesus who has been crucified. "He is not here, for He has risen, just as He said.  (Matt 28:5-6)

The LORD lives, and blessed be my rock; And exalted be the God of my salvation   (Ps 18:46)

Let all who seek You rejoice and be glad in You; Let those who love Your salvation say continually, "The LORD be magnified!"   (Ps 40:16)

washed their feet...

as we prepare to celebrate the Resurrection of our Savior and Lord, Jesus Christ -

The Passover Meal
Jesus was hours away from His death and resurrection, planned from the foundation of the world. He wanted to share His deepest thoughts with His disciples. He wanted to tell them about the new covenant, institute communion, share His heart with them and His plan of salvation. And, what were the disciples fussing over? Position. So, He washed their feet.
“And they began to argue among themselves as to who would have the highest rank in the coming kingdom.” (Luke 22:24; TLB)
“So He rose from the table, took off his outer garment, and tied a towel around his waist…and began to wash the disciples’ feet.” (John 13:4 & 5b; GNT)
Give Him 15 minutes in prayer:
We are entering the holiest season for Christians, culminating in the celebration of the Resurrection of Jesus!
Do we want to be those that commune with Christ and hear about His plans and His ways or will we be like the disciples that night and worry about how successful we can be? Tell Him about the relationship you want to have with Him.
Think about how He serves us every day that we live. Commit to live a life of service to Him and to others.

Get your Bible out and read Matthew 26, Mark 14, Luke 22 and John 13.

A prayer you can pray:
Dear Lord, I don’t want to miss any part of what You are saying and doing right now. I am convinced that we are living in exceptional days and there is much You want the Church to know. Please help me not to worry about my own fame, but to be one that makes You famous! Show me what You want me to do and empower me to serve You every day. In the Name of Jesus, Amen.
Today’s decree:
I desire to know Him and make Him known!

A Dwelling Place for the Mighty One

Have we found a place for the Lord?
A dwelling place for the Mighty One?
Who resides in your temple?
Who is honored and sits upon the Throne of your life?
Make room for the King of Glory,
Cast all others from the alter of your life,
Open your heart to the Anointed One
He is waiting…

"Surely I will not enter my house, Nor lie on my bed; I will not give sleep to my eyes Or slumber to my eyelids, Until I find a place for the Lord , A dwelling place for the Mighty One of Jacob."  Psalms 132:3-5

Who is the King of glory? The LORD strong and mighty, The LORD mighty in battle. Lift up your heads, O gates, And lift them up, O ancient doors, That the King of glory may come in! Who is this King of glory? The LORD of hosts, He is the King of glory.   Psalms 24:8-10

Light of the world...

Matthew 5.14
You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden…

Do we believe it? Do we live it?
Does the One True Light shine through us
The Light that is grace and truth
The glorious Light of the Lord God almighty whose loving-kindness endures forever
The powerful Light that overcomes the darkness
The Light that sets the captives free
The Light that brings redemption and restoration
The Light that is life abundant
The Light that has defeated the power of sin and death
The Light of the world…

Let the Light of Christ, that is in us, shine brightly to this hurting, lost and dying world - with no hesitation nor reservation for He is worthy.

the wise...

proverbs.13.20
He who walks with wise men will be wise, But the companion of fools will suffer harm.

A fool says there is no God
And rejects the Lord Jesus as Messiah…
Wise in his own eyes, he walks in darkness
And the Light of Truth is not in him...
But the wise will surely seek Him…
They diligently search for the truth
And Light of Truth is their reward…

For the beginning of wisdom is to know and fear the Lord.
