Who are they….

They are gracious and yet filled with truth

They honor their Lord while living out their compassion for those who do not know Him

They are like aliens and sojourners in the land for they live here yet they look forward with anticipation to their eternal home

A people set apart by their God who willingly share His grace and truth with those they do not know

Always seeking to bless those around them so they might in turn bless their Lord

They are led by their growing faith, filled with hope in their Savior

They are over-comers in all of life because He first loved them

They are filled with the power of the Spirit and wage war in the spiritual realm

They enter into the Holy of Holies by the blood of the Lamb and worship their Redeemer

They are true followers of Jesus Christ…are you one of them?

as we walk....

As we walk in our world today might we put on the 'eyes and mind of the Lord' as we consider what we do as well as what goes on around us….

Proverbs 6:16-19

There are six things which the LORD hates,

Yes, seven which are an abomination to Him:

Haughty (arrogant, conceited) eyes,

a lying tongue,

And hands that shed innocent blood,

A heart that devises wicked plans,

 Feet that run rapidly to evil,

A false witness who utters lies,

And one who spreads strife among brothers.

May the grace and truth and love of Christ abound in our lives this and every day….

Our world is lost without hope…

Be a faithful messenger of hope to this lost world…the true hope that is found only in Christ Jesus our Lord…

Paul, an apostle of Christ Jesus according to the commandment of God our Savior, and of Christ Jesus, who is our hope…   1 Tim 1:1

Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that you will abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.    Rom 15:13

This hope we have as an anchor of the soul, a hope both sure and steadfast and one which enters within the veil, where Jesus has entered as a forerunner for us, having become a high priest forever according to the order of Melchizedek.   Heb 6:19-20

Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who according to His great mercy has caused us to be born again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, to obtain an inheritance which is imperishable and undefiled and will not fade away, reserved in heaven for you, who are protected by the power of God through faith for a salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.  1 Peter 1:3-5
